Joist Hangers

Would anyone know what hanger to use? I am going to put a ledger board 18 mm lower than my internal floor depth of my first floor. I plan to make my floor joist come off at the same height of the ledger board so once done I can put 18mm chipboard so the floors will be the same level. My joists are 170 x 50. The only hangers I have found are 175 will an angled lip? Was hoping to keep the top of the hanger flush with top of ledger board? I can see hangers 225 . can these be cut down?

Just use jiffys and cut the tops off or fold them onto the top of your bolted wall /pole plate.
