Just thought about lighting.

Hello All.

I was after some of your thoughts on moving modern 'office' environment lighting systems into the domestic properties

. I am thinking of flexishield type cable feeding a controller and all the pir,motion, lux, dimming etc etc being taken care of and just the lv retractive switches fitted as an over-ride ?
The leads from the controller to the light fittings would need to be RCD'd though wouldn't they ???

Not if they're done in Flexishield.

And the cables to the switches would also need to be on an RCD, unless ditto.
