Karcher Window Vac/Cleaner

Has anyone got any comments on the Karcher Window Vac/Cleaner.
More specifically, has anyone used one on 'Leaded windows' and are they recommended.

Guy in work trialled one for a customer.
Said it was carp and quite heavy to use especially over patio windows.
No personal experience of one though.

I suspected they were a bit of a gimmick. My problem is leaded windows which are a 'pain' (excuse the pun) using squeegee only and I thought may be the vacuum of the Karcher may solve this issue, but I fear not.
