I bought a Karcher T 7 Plus surface cleaner last year and have just started using it again. Unfortunately it seems to be stuck on the corner and edges setting, it doesn't change to a surface cleaner when I push the foot pedal for either hard or soft. Am I going wrong somewhere? Last time I used it - last September - it worked OK. Any help appreciated, thank you.

Good Morning, thank you for your reply and thank you so much for the you tube. I had been using it just as a basic cleaner but it shows so many variations, it was very interesting and I was pleased to receive it, showing lots of handy uses which I hadn't realised. It seems the footpad for hard is not working so have now returned it and the replacement one came this morning. I hope the rain stops soon as I am looking forward to trying again. Many thanks again,
