Kenmore 665 Soap dispenser won't open/rinse agent won't work

I opened and cleaned the parts and they all seem to work fine, but when I put everything back together and do a wash the Soap dispenser doesn't pop open and the "Jet Dry" doesn't get dispensed either. There're two black pegs that come out of where the electronics are, but I feel perhaps they just aren't lining up properly in order for them to click up or down to do the proper functions. Is there a manual for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
