Kenmore Elite 17059 dishwasher

Hello,
I'm hearing a grinding like noise as the dishwasher works through it's cycles. In the past it has been quite. Everything comes out fine in the wash, and I have taken the inside apart to no avail. Any ideas before I call a repair guy?

Any thoughts on this? I really hate to pay $60 for someone to come out.
