I have a Kenmore Model 110.22932100 (Whirlpool) top loading washer. Bad sounds from the motor area caused me to unplug and tip the machine over for a look underneath. I found the plastic and rubber coupler between the motor and the transfer case in many pieces on the floor. Do these couplers go bad on their own or do I have a more significant problem in the motor or transmission? Thanks
