Kenwood KDW60B16 dishwasher fault

I have a kenwood KDW60B16 dishwasher and the wash arms aren’t spinning and no water coming in
It drains the water away at beginning of cycle then when it goes to next stage it doesn’t spin arms, the main motor is making a buzzing noise.
I removed motor and turned it, with flat screwdriver at end of motor it seemed free, put it back together it ran all weekend then this morning it’s doing same again I checked motor when it’s buzzing and motor is actually spinning. In the photo is that a pump attached to main motor could it be that Any ideas anybody please

The heating element is in the white plastic piece attached to the wash pump.

Thanks I think the element is working when I open door it’s hot inside just not getting water inside
I’m going to remove motor tonight and look and the propeller bit
