I have come across 11 sheets of this 120mm thick but the foil face is missing, it's from a well known insulation seconds company, can I still use it for under concrete floor in my garden office and roof? Will it make a difference not having the foil. Thanks

+1, lack of foil in that situation dosn't matter.
Kingspan recommend a separation layer on top of the board, directly under the concrete, but don't forget that you'll also need a dpm directly underneath the kingspan as well.
