kinky microbore

When bending 10mm microbore copper using one of those red plastic gadgets it tends to kink at the end of the curve.

How much kink is acceptable??

Can you get away with the bore being reduced by say 25% due to kinking?

Nothing, if the rad aint to big and the kink aint to bad and the water is clean it will cope, when I was younger we fitted a rad with 8mm pipes in a new property, the pipes were hidden behind the skirting, the joiner managed to nail straight through the middle of the pipe with a rag nail, which almost, only almost, fully closed off the pipe, well the nail sealed the pipe for about 6 months before rusting and leaking, the customer had thought the dog had been p*ss*ng in the corner and wetting the carpet before calling us in, guess what, the rad still worked
