We're going to have a kitchen installed in a former living room in a 19 29 house that was converted to offices. There's a toilet in the room next door so presumably drainage close by. We will get professionals in to install services etc. but what will we need to consider re. drainage etc.? The room has floorboards which come up easily so access should be ok.
