hi

I bought a new oven and now my cabinet door is hitting off the oven handle. I looked online and saw you can buy restrictors but my hinges look different to the ones online. Can anyone give me some advice please. I have posted a couple of pictures which I hope demonstrate what I am on about. TiA.

Are those hinges what they call 135 degree opening type rather than the 90 degree hinge.

@just pumps, so do I need to look online for 135 degree restrictors then? Do they exist? Thanks
TBH I dont know. If they dont exist then I might be tempted to use 2 hooks and a small link chain but it might look a bit naff.
Not a kitchen fitter.

Swap the hinges for 90 degree opening ones. I do think that door might have provided better access into the cupboard, had it hinged on the right, than the left.

The door post on the right is false, it's screwed to the end of the other door so is part of it.

Edit: As I said in an earlier post, if one door can't open wide enough the other door won't open. If you meant swap both doors over, that could be done by turning them upside down moving the handle and plugging the old screw holes

Hope you got this sorted. I bought Blum hinge restrictors but they were Blum hinges. Solved the problem
