Hi. Does anyone know if this hinge type has a certain name, or even better where I could get one? I've tried googling it, but cannot find an example of it. The springs have snapped on both of them, so could do with replacements. Thanks.

I think it's called a Flap Hinge or top-box hinge

Blum are rather expensive but Hafele are fine

There may be a makers name on the old one.

Examples

Over head cabinet hinge or top open sprung hinge.
I had some like that and always made a spring bajoog!!! noise when opening. I think you may find better ones with a piston like your car boot. Or change it to a normal side opener, problem I find with them is that when they are open you have a reach to get to it to shut it.
