Hi,
We have a 8m by 3m glass conservatory, glazed at one 3m end and 2/3 glazed down one 8m end. Full glass roof and rest is cavity walls up to roof. Floor is suspended & insulated (70mm) to chipboard. Door access to main house & double door access to garden. Full planning permission was granted.
There is already mains drainage & hot/cold water in the conservatory.
Question is, will I be wasting my time trying to apply for building regulations to convert this into a new kitchen? Has anyone else succeeded in doing this and was it a great hassle or quite straight forward? What are the likely objections that the building regulation chaps are likely to raise?
Any help may save me a lot of wasted time (and money!).
Cheers
