Bought and fitted Rangemaster LEIHDC70SC on the wall. Not yet made hole which will be venting out to the same wall the hood is on so it will be a small run of ducting as just need to make the hole through the cavity wall.

The manual says:
When installing the ducted version, connect the hood to the chimney using either a flexible or rigid pipe ø 150 or 125 mm, the choice of which is left to the installer.

So 150mm would be preferable right? I cannot seem to find a 150mm kit off the shelf from toolstation/screwfix. The only ones I can find on screwfix are:

https://www.screwfix.com/p/manrose-cooker-hood-termination-kit-100mm/13076
https://www.screwfix.com/p/manrose-cooker-hood-termination-kit-134mm/17489
https://www.screwfix.com/p/manrose-extractor-fan-wall-fixing-kit-150mm/12523

Can anyone advise if any of the above are suitable. There is a 134mm kit that comes with a decent looking flexible metal duct, or a 150mm kit but the ducting looks the floppy variety.

Any advice?

That ducting is semi rigid on the 150. It isn't as good as the rigid bit over that distance should be fine.
Go for 150 If possible

there are a number of suppliers on ebay selling 150mm (and other sizes). As well as a piece of duct, order all the elbows, adaptors and external vents you think you will need.

I can't remember which supplier I've used. Prices and stocks vary a bit.

Cheers for the advice.

So this should be ok?

use rigid duct.150mm is standard an sold all over the show.
if your a bit shaky on fixin it maybe phone Rangemaster an get advice?

is the gap between wall units clear of any bridgin unit an eleec devices?

Inside wall plate could be used to make it look nicer, having that pipe on show wouldn't be good. But it depends what the unit has in the way of trim.
You'll basically need some kind of sealant to keep it together, probably brown for the outside oi itsa brick wall. That's too stop the spiders making it a home and any water penetration. Also you'll need a long drill of course, make sure to slope slight outside to prevent water coming back in.
Can't think of much else.
