Kitchen cupboard restoration.

My son has recently restored my kitchen cupboards and has done a very good job. They date from the 1980`s and unfortunately they have an aluminium (or stainless steel) trim at the bottom which is also used to open them. Some of these need replacing and despite all my searches, I have no idea where to look to find replacements.

If anyone has any ideas I would be really grateful.
