Kitchen fan with filter?

Hello

I have a Vent Axia fan (VA140) in the kitchen. It ducts straight through a 9" wall to the outside. It works fine. It's 12 years old and it wearing out. I could replace it with the modern equivalent. But... Cleaning it is a time consuming and messy job.

Is there a 140mm extractor fan that has a disposable filter? A filter that would catch all the crud before it reached the fan itself. A filter that I could simply remove and throw away. Can anyone assist?
