Kitchen mixer tap dripping

Am trying to replace the ceramic disk for a brown plastic mixer tap.
The disc seems to be made of white plastic (nylon ?) and has a slot on opp sides to take a removal key (?). Is it possible to still get these disks or are they repairable.

What does the disc matter if your replacing the tap?

Just fit new tap tops.
