Have a sink and periodically the kitchen sink drain assembly unscrews, underneath the sink, causing a leak.
It's all help together underneath by a 2 inch nut, or a nut approximately that size.
What kind of glue can I use to cause enough friction so that it will come off when need be, but will not loosen of it's own accord?

Dont need any glue but you may wish to dismantle, clean the threads and tighten the nut slightly more than just hand tight, only slightly more mind.

I'm going to later it up with PTFE tape and get it as tight as I can, without undue pressure/ tightening. I know it's a fine balance..
