Hi
My wife is insisting the kitchen in the new house goes in the \\\"dining room\\\" on the opposite wall to the gully/drains. It is approx 5 metres sink to drain and there is no route around the outside. I need to go under the floorboards. Obviously I am going to get no run on the waste pipe. Is there a pump or something I can use to help it along?
Ideas appreciated!

Saniflo make pumps for wastes only...aswell as WC`s.

Use an anti vac trap (and possibly an AAV) and at least a 2 inch drop on your pipe run and you should be ok.
Use a sink strainer to catch any solids which will give you problems in the future.

As long as only water is flowing through the pipe, you should not have any trouble. :D
