Hi all.

We have an exposed up of our kitchen worktop upstand which has a gap at the exposed end as the wall unfortuantely is not flat and rohnds slightly.

Looking for suggestions on how or what to use to fill this in, purely for aesthetics.

Could you not screw-in fixings near the end to close the gap a lot ?
Are you meaning screw the upstand to pull it in?
I’m scared it would pop the opposing end off as the upstand is very rigid.

Add a fixing at each end, and gradually tighten them, as the wood takes up the curve. You might be able to help it a little, by scribing and cutting away the worst of the thickness of plaster at the peak.
