Kitchen Waste Pipe

Hi all,
Quick question RE kitchen extension and waste water drainage for sink.
Do waste pipes need to be vented as poo pipes or can they connect straight to Inspection Chambers? SVP is far away so ideally not installing a new one or AAV. Or perhaps connecting sink trap to an outside open drain gulley connected to new I.C would suffice?
