I have knot staining coming through the paint on my skirting boards here and there.
I never treated the knots when it was first painted 6 years ago!
Before you say it I should have treated it at the time but the truth is I have never used knotting on bare wood in all my years and never had any problems until this time.
Any suggestions on how to cover it, I take it if I just repaint it again it will come through?
(I was just reading other similar post and I see aluminium primer or white knotting should do the trick!)
