Whoever thought a minute or whatever's silence was ever going to happen in the middle of a carnival must have been on drugs.

The people running the music would have been concentrating on what they were doing, not carefully analysing why they're all standing there looking sad.

They should have rearranged the carnival or the memorial. Either way would have been fine.

Seems either way it was poor communication & planning.
