Lagging pipes

hi I am starting to lag the pipes for winter

I've attached a picture way I have done so far.

Is it correct?

Where shouldn't I lag? Outside drip pipe? Gas pipe? Valves.

Erm, what are you lagging it with? Unfortunately kitchen foil won't cut it. Water pipes are the only ones that need lagged.
