Just a heads up. Just had this boiler fitted and nearly fell out with my plumber. Really difficult to wire. had to get a sparks in at extra cost. A few start up problems and Ferroli ( Lambourghini Calour representative in the Uk) did not not want to know, Stay well clear.

Yeah it's a rebadged Ferroli, and everyone knows Ferroli are rubbish. They're also about to go bust and disappear it seems, so your 7-year warranty is going down the swanny too, although as you've already discovered they're not very good at honouring them anyway.
How hard is it to wire up a boiler? Don't rate your plumber much.

I would always recommend a boiler engineer rather than a plumber.
The question is who decided to choose that boiler?
As Ferolli are going bust I suspect selling the boilers off for about £300.
Where was it bought and for how much?
Why did you end up paying an electrician when you had contracted a plumber to instal it ?
