you can lay laminate anywere including a car park
assuming you mean is it sutable for use in a bathroom!!
you need to read the instructions 90% definatly not advisable
an other 8% will attach conditions that will stop you using it in a normal kid freindly way[must not get wet 'any spills immediatly removed'no wet feet or mats allowed ]the other 2% can but is expensive
