I agree but when a company like Tapi Carpets who as I said before are at the higher end of the market boast about 'we take care of everything' and 'we can even out floors' but in reality they don't, its misleading. I will write to their CEO and update my feedback on Trustpilot so everyone is aware. No where do Tapi state on their website that they do not carry out any remedial works in relation to uneven floors. They only mention we take care of everything.

Laminate flooring uneven raised area issue

Tapo are not high end , just expensive .
Laminate needs a floor flat , not level, with less than 2-3mm undulation. If they removed the old flooring they wound not know flooring condition until the day of install.
