Hi all
I'm planning to install some laminate floor in the 3rd bedroom (currently carpet)
Only thing I may struggle with is the door threshold.
Recently had the carpets done in the landing last year. The current threshold is carpet to carpet. I am worried if I take the current one off and replace with a Z bar I'll struggle the get the landing carpet back in as I never played around with carpet before. Is it simple to do? The fitters used a kicker type tool which I don't have.
Alternatively can I use the current threshold and just flatten the spikes on the laminate side? (pics attached).
Thanks in advance
