Hi,

I am installing a bathroom and need 100% waterproof flooring. Two options -

(a) This stuff is 8mm thick laminate click together, is 100% waterproof and requires underlay : www.factory-direct-flooring.co.uk/w...ooring-natural-oak-v-groove.html#.UUxxqReeNPw

(b) This stuff is 4mm thick PVC click together, 100% waterproof and does not need underlay:

The 4mm stuff - has anyone any experience using it ?
It costs less than the laminate and underlay is not necessary.

Personally I would go for the PVC as its textured so your less likely to slip, mire suitable if children are using the bathroom. Whilst this product doesn't need underlay you would need to ply the floor for either product "if suspended timber floor". Check manufacturers guidelines for screed.
