Lamona 8603 dishwasher flooding base tray

I took off the kickplate and mopped up some water that was pooling in the base tray after I noticed the pump wouldn't stop running. This fixed the issue and I started a new clean cycle however almost immediately the base tray began to fill with water again. I've checked the filters and the drain hose for kinks and all looks fine. Any ideas on what else it could be? It's an integrated dishwasher so access is tricky. Thanks

Could be anything. You will have to watch it whilst it's running to see where the water's leaking from.
