,i am hoping to get some advice.i have a piece of land that i no longer want and would like to sell it.but i dont want to go through a land agency or land firm as they would take a cut of the sale.what other ways could i sell me land?thanks

Advert in a farmers mag?. Would imagine there is still the legal sides of things which everway you do it.

presumably you've offered it to the neighbouring farmers? Word gets around quickly once you've done that...
