Landis & gyr themastat

I was wondering if anyone knew how to set this so the heating comes on at certain times a day?
Im waiting it to come on around 7 in the morning then say around 12 then abour 4-6 ish.
Landlord has no idea how to use it so was just wondering.
It is exactly same as this one except it only has one of the boxes at the side with the slider thing on.

Hold the centre ring from turning, and move the plastic tappets around with a finger nail to put them where you want. Sometimes they move easier if you press them inwards first.
Set the centre ring to the correct time, but only turn it in the direction of the arrow.
