Maybe Fischer Pole clamps or even scaffold clamps?
They don't do them in the required size.

Like a Dragon then, I’m out. Doesn’t seem to be of any use what I’m looking for and posting. They don't do them in the required size.

There are the exact, high quality, items required available from Clark Masts. They are expensive and the OP unwilling to pay for them.
I noted that the largest size of universal clamps from Britishpipeclamps were around the £30 mark each, plus delivery. So if they would do two bespoke sizes they'd likely be similar in cost to Clarks.
A steel fabricator / blacksmith might make a 'copy' of that universal clamp if requested in the required sizes; but again time is money and it may not be that cheap to do it.

Why?The side load needs to be in the centre

Finally!!!Here we are
Thanks for the link to BPC Engineering, they happily custom made some![]()
How much did they charge? (inc P&P and VAT, of course). Here we are

Now that I've seen the clamps that you bought, would have mast coupler clamps served you well? If you had stated the mast OD several members in here would have come up with good suggestions. The tube OD would determine possible clamps; without the size everything is guess work
