laser levels

can anyone give me some advice on laser levels? Are they reliable? what are some good brands?Thanks

The supermarket LIDL have them coming in to store this Thursday for £9.99. Cheap as chips and if it does a few jobs its got to be a bargain. Be quick though usually last a day before they all go.

I bought one about nine months ago. Never used it, despite using several sizes of level on a daily basis. For the first few weeks I carried it on all my jobs just in case I could think of a use for it. Nice gimmick, not much use for anything else unless you're levelling all day long!
