Laying a patio drainage system

I was think of using 40mm solvent pipe, drilling holes along the length, burying the pipe in 10mm gravel, wrapped in soak fabric. I'll run the pipe into the rain water drain behind the planter.

The photo shows the pipe system I'm thinking off. The water tends to pool at the short garden wall side.

Are there any issues to consider?
