Hi All,

I am hoping to tile my new Kitchen floor using a pattern made up from 2 different sized tiles. To make matters worse I would also like this pattern on the diagonal.

I have mocked the design up and it seems immediately clear to me that in order for the pattern not to slope against the walls then the initial diagonal turn must not be 45 degrees but something more like 53 degrees.

I have one small tile at 30cm and this is then surrounded by 4 others which are 41cm and then the pattern repeats itself.

I have trawled the web for info on this but foind nothing other than your standard tiling info.

Does anyone know of any online resources which may give me pointers on how to ensure that I get these tiles layed properly.

Thanks,
