laying tile-loc laminated flooring

I am in trouble trying to lay some tile effect laminated flooring. If I get the board to engage properly on one edge the other one comes disconnected, any advice on laying this type of flooring would be apprecciated.,

If it's B&Q tile loc, take it back it's pants.

Really though, it's akward to fit and havn't done one for years but if it's still the same you have to lift the entire row and get some more hands to keep it there.
