Laying tiles over old lino

I have a concrete floor with lino firmly glued down to it. Is it possible to lay ceramic tiles over this, and if so, which adhesive is best and should I seal it with pva first?

Yes and no :!: and depends if it's vinyl or lino as it's made from a difference materials.
