I was considering installing an LCD TV in the bedroom - on the wall but there appears to be a problem in the vertical viewing angle. If the TV is high up, the picture goes very dark. This is worst for the smaller TVs 15 - 19 inch sizez. Has anybody noticed this ? are there particular models that are better than others ? Or do you have to angle the TV downwards ?

I have my mounted high (the top is about 8'), when in bed 9/10 ft away no problem, but if I stand under the tv about 2ft out its a poor picture.
The viewing angle from the side is as they state about 87 degrees. I have an lg 26"
