Lead pipe replacement from outside stop cock to just inside

As the title suggests can anyone recommend somebody to replace a lead pipe from the stop cock in the pavement outside our house to the stop tap in my kitchen ?

Unless they are the prime contractors to the water supply co they can only replace supply pipes within your property boundary.

You need someone who is registered or recognised as an approved person under the water regulations.

Check to see his card and if in doubt check his name with the supply co.

If he is not registered he cannot self certify the work and it will need to be checked by the supply co inspector ( after exposing the pipes again ! ).
