Leak in pipework under radiator - immediate action?

Arghh! Three months after finishing our last floor on 2nd floor of house, (t&g wood, sanded, finished etc) there's a leak beneath one of the floors at one end of a radiator.

I can see the wet patch on the ceiling below and (combi) boiler losing pressure.

Now, I can break in from below. But I'm not gonna start that tonight!

Is there anything I should do in the meantime? As in right now?

It's a pressurised system - WB Greenstar combi.


ps Yes, I realise the floor fitting and the leak might be related... I am gutted. This plus dead washing machine (and a lot of dirty clothes and nappies!) plus an unwelcome rodent visitor. This is turning into a champion week.[/u]

Find a drainoff and drain the remaining pressure out of the system, it won't stop it dripping but it should slow it down a good deal
