Leak on garage floor

Hi I had a new garage built along with kitchen extn 8 years ago. I have no redress with the original builder. I think I know where the leak is coming from it's where to 2 single walls meet internally it's been filled with fill & foam stuff, trouble is I can't access the other side as my neighbours garage is there. Once I remove this foam stuff, what would you recommend I use to fill the gap to stop a small amount of water coming through? Thanks

It's a little hard to visualize what 'where two single walls meet internally' means? could you describe it a little better or even better post a picture?

ill try and get a picture up however there is stuff in the way. Basically its a long wall and they just butt up in a straight line no idea why its filled with fill and foam and from what i can see from above like strip of fibre board from the outside
