I am getting a regular air lock in my bathroom radiator - the highest radiator in my bungalow - almost certainly due to leak in system - however I can't find it so it must be minor
I was intending to use a leak sealant additive Fernox or similar - I am however concerned that this may cause problems with increasing blockages as I have a micro bore system -

Are leak sealants additives any problem for microbore systems ?

the system is about 25 years old and I have flushed it out and I am thinking of installing a Magnaclean

Thanks for the comment - I'm not too sure if it is gas or air to be honest - the problem has only recently shown up (last month or 2) - I assumed that it wouldn't be inherent in the system and I thought gassing would be a long term problem?

I have cleansed the system and refilled with inhibitor hoping that would help

there is no sign of damp from a leak any where and I a
have had a really good look - so maybe it is gas as you suggest.
