If your boiler has a decorative cover and the combustion chamber is fully enclosed then yes, if it isn't then it wouldn't be advised.
Not knowing the boiler make/model then it would be hard to tell you exactly what it is but it does look like a cap attached to a plastic section on the HW side that might easily break.

The valve with the PRV (red plastic part) is that PE pipe ? if it is that is wrong it needs to be copper
