leaking felt on tile roof

Hi

The rain sometimes gets blown up under the tiles and i just noticed a small leak after last nights bad weather.
Is there anyway to fix damaged roofing felt from inside the loft?

I had a similar problem in my last house. I used a square of felt over the hole from the inside. It was stuck with the cold set mastic, that you use for shed roofs. Make sure you secure the square with duck tape whilst the mastic cures. Did the trick for me.
