leaking flat roof

hi, wanted some advice about a leaking flat roof. the leak occurs when it rains, and seems to come from the place where the wood is attached on the front wall. (all the other joyces then sit on this piece of wood to support the flat roof). also, the leak occurs where one of the joyces is directly on top of the piece of supporting wood.

any advice anyone?

Thats easy then, if it occurred when it was sunny, it would be harder to find :lol:

Flat roofs will either be obviously split and blistered, to allow leaks, or a joint will be open.

The exit point inside can be far away from the entry point outside.

You really need to have a look for anything obvious. If the felt is old, then replace it. If the joints look suspect just reseal them with something like Acropol
