Leaking from cold water header tank overflow pipe

    Have changed the the ball cock twice but ove flow still keeps constantly dripping?
    am i missing somthing or is my house haunted? :evil:

    is it leaking from the tank u have done the work on ?

    can you see it getting into the overflow pipe ?

    if u can and its got a new ball valve then u need to lower the water level enough to stop it leaking and a bit more for expanded hot water to raise in it without it reaching the overflow.

    Yes, by the phantom ****ing plumber.or the coil in the hot cylinder could be leaking. :cry:
