I wonder if any of you good people out there can help with some advice, please:

We have a problem with our Glow Worm 330 condensing boiler: there is a white box which feeds to the overflow, it has two pipes running into it at the top and this appears to be leaking. Water is building up on the top of it yet none of the connections to it seem to be leaking and neither of the pipes above it appear to be wet.

Advice on how to solve this will be greatly appreciated, please.

That could be the rear collector failing, among other causes, and as such it needs urgent attention by a pro. Diy repairs beyond the front panel are not recommended. Be safe, refit the panel and get it checked urgently.
