Leaking kitchen tap - sealed unit ?!

I've had a leaking Howdens kitchen tap for a few months. I've kept looking at it and wondering how I get into the unit and replace the rings. I've attached a photo in case someone knows the secret password to open this thing up! Usually you remove the decorative tap and bobs your uncle but not in this case
We have hard water here - so it has lasted less than 12 months!

Any advice greatly appreciated

Don't know if he ever fixed it, but you need to start by removing the handles.

I tried removing the handles but that doesn't show anything obvious. Will see if the handle stem unscrews tomorrow.

No grub screws when the handles are removed?

Buy a new tap, easier and cheaper in the long run.

Figured it out!
Tried removing the handles - whilst doing that I felt a grub screw underneath the tap handle. Turn water off - turn taps on - grub screw is then accessible!
Simple once you know how
I've attached a pic just in case anyone else gets stumped!
